| HIPAA requires healthcare professionals to limit access to personal health information. These sign-in sheets were created to not only to be HIPAA compliant, but also to make running the healthcare office as easy as possible.
Each patient prints his/her name, arrival time, and other pertinent information on a numbered line. The office staff can remove the signed name label and either add it to the patient’s file or to a workflow tracking system. Once the label has been removed, the information is protected behind part one, available for office use only.
Each package contains 125 Burgundy forms, numbered 1 through 25. Therefore each package contains enough forms to see 3, 125 patients.
