Aardvark Forms strives to ship your product as soon as possible. Orders are normally processed within 48 business hours. Though most deliveries are within 5-7 business days, please allow 10-14 business days for receipt of order. For customized products, such as imprinted envelopes or Customized Fee Analyzers, please allow an additional 5-10 business days to receive your order.
Our normal method of delivery within the continental U.S. or Canada is UPS and FedEx Ground. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico your shipment will arrive via Priority Mail. Shipments outside the continental United States and the above areas are via Global Express only.
Special rules that apply to priority air shipments (Next Day Air, Second Day Air)
- Any request for an air shipment must be received by 12:00 pm Eastern time in order to be processed that same day. Any order received after 12:00 pm will ship the following business day.
- All air shipments must ship to the verified billing address on file with the credit card company. This policy was enacted to protect you from credit card fraud.
