Aardvark Forms strives to ship products the same or next business day that we receive your order. If there will be an extended delay (more than seven days from the date of order), we will notify you by either telephone, e-mail, postal mail or any combination of the above methods. Normally you will be contacted within 2 days.

Our normal method of delivery within the continental U.S. or Canada is UPS Ground. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico your shipment will arrive via Priority Mail. Shipments outside the continental United States and the above areas are via Global Express only.

Our ground shipping fees are as follows:

For books, accessories, software, forms and envelopes delivered anywhere within the continental US: The charge is $5.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item.

UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, Express Mail, and Federal Express are all available, however an additional charge above and beyond our standard charge applies for any method other than UPS Ground.

If you need a product by any method other than our normal ground shipping, please call our office at the number listed on the bottom of this page and we will calculate the additional shipping charge for you.

If you order over the internet and would like your product shipped by any method other than our normal methods, we will first contact you with your additional shipping charges and will ship only after receiving your approval to charge you the additional amount.

Special rules that apply to priority air shipments (Next Day Air, Second Day Air)

Any request for an air shipment must be received by 12:00 pm Eastern time in order to be processed that same day. Any order received after 12:00 pm will ship the following business day.

Any air shipment must ship to the verified billing address on file with the credit card company. This policy was enacted to protect you from credit card fraud.

Although your products should arrive within five business days from the date of order, please allow at least two weeks from the date of the order to receive your products. If there will be a delay on shipment longer than two weeks from the date of your order, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and give you the option to cancel the order.
